I had my first pit orchestra rehearsal tonight. It went alot better than I had expected. However, there are alot of young musicians in the group. They just need to play with confidence. I think that they are too concerned with drowning out the actors...they need to realize that their parts are important too.

On a different note, this is my last week of classes. Friday I have a trip to Adventureland with the eighth graders. I'm not really looking forward to 6 hours of riding a bus with them.
